The Asheville Christmas Cabin
The first of a charming, heartwarming holiday trilogy that will whisk you away to a dreamy winter in the mountains. With sweet romance, strong family bonds, and an uplifting story of hope and joy, this is the perfect Christmas collaboration between two beloved women's fiction authors!
When the Chambers sisters receive an invitation from their jet-setting aunt to spend the entire month of December at the family's cabin in Asheville, North Carolina, they have one question -- why? The retreat, tucked into the Blue Ridge Mountains, may be the site of many happy childhood holidays and summers but it also holds sad memories. The sisters, and their aunt, have spent twenty-five years avoiding the cabin and renting it to strangers. Why would Aunt Elizabeth want her "dearest darling" nieces to put their busy lives in three different states on hold and spend a month in the mountains?
Eve, Angie, and Noelle, triplets born on Christmas Day, owe their very lives to their aunt, and they agree they must go. Once there, not only do they learn to let go of the past and embrace a bright future, they all start to see their lives in a new way.
Big city girl Noelle comes face-to-face with her first love...and feelings for this single dad are strong, tempting her with a small town lifestyle that she never imagined she'd embrace. Eve, a stressed-out mother of three, revels in the change of scenery and begins to learn the art of letting go of complete control. And when Angie's rocky marriage truly cracks, she finds a new kind of joy with a connection to the past and a reconnection with her daughter.
Can one Christmas in Asheville change everything? Join these strong, funny, and loving women as the holiday spirit lifts them as high as the Blue Ridge Mountains, and promises a whole new life ahead.

The Reset
“This is the most ambitious entry yet in this brain-twisting time-travel series.” —BookLife (Publishers Weekly)
WHEN THE WORLDS COLLIDE, THEIR LOVE WILL REWRITE THE FABRIC OF REALITY
In the shocking third installment of the Time Corrector series, super-genius Dr. Vincent Abajian finds himself in an even grander drama, and this time, the fate of his beloved daughter is on the line. The Reset is a culmination of worlds colliding, timelines interweaving, and relationships that seemed indestructible, reaching dire breaking points.
Vincent gets in the midst of an international political crisis forged by his adversary, Philip Nardin. As he tirelessly works to offset the impact, Philip kidnaps Nozomi, Vincent’s daughter. In an endgame decision, Vincent relinquishes his time-correcting powers to Philip while the world leaders launch a devastating arms race to weaponize Intreton—the purest energy source that can alter reality if mishandled. The two opponents, Vincent and Philip, unite against political and military forces to save reality from crumbling. Their plan reveals a mind-bending past and the identity of a time-twisted villain Philip calls the Lunatic. Such revelation leads to a dramatic conclusion and opens the possibility of a Reset. As someone close to Vincent shows their true self, Vincent discovers that Nozomi’s complex ties to Emika and Akane may hold the key to the Reset in this time-hopping clash of love, egos, and desires.
A story of love that transcends time and reality, and the sacrifices masquerading as selfish acts, the final book of the award-winning Time Corrector series is a whirlwind of unexpected events—many questions will finally be answered. And yet, new possibilities lay beyond this head-spinning conclusion.

The California Wife
“This vital, sweeping story is delivered in Harnisch's silky, upscale prose. Much like a fine glass of wine, The California Wife is a highbrow indulgence that is tasteful, captivating, and heady.” ―The Globe and Mail
In the sweeping, poignant internationally bestselling sequel to The Vintner’s Daughter, the Lemieux family’s ambition to establish an American winemaking dynasty takes Sara and Philippe from pastoral Napa to the Paris World’s Fair and into the colorful heart of early 20th-century San Francisco.
It is 1897, and Sara and Philippe Lemieux, newly married and full of hope for the future, are determined to make Eagle’s Run, their Napa vineyard, into a world-renowned winemaking operation. But the swift arrival of the 20th century brings a host of obstacles they never dreamed of: price wars and the twin threats of phylloxera and Prohibition endanger the success of their business, and the fiercely independent Sara is reluctant to leave the fields behind for the new and strange role of wife and mother.
An invitation to the World’s Fair in 1900 comes just in time to revive the vineyard's prospects, and amid the jewel-colored wonders of Belle Époque Paris, Sara and Philippe’s passion is rekindled as well. But then family tragedy strikes, and, upon their return to California, a secret from Philippe’s past threatens to derail their hard-won happiness in one stroke.
Sara gains an ally when Marie Chevreau, her dear friend, arrives in San Francisco as the first female surgery student to be admitted to prestigious Cooper Medical College. Through Marie, Sara gets a glimpse of the glittering world of San Francisco’s high society, and she also forges friendships with local women’s rights advocates, inciting new tensions in her marriage. Philippe issues Sara an ultimatum: will she abandon the struggle for freedom to protect her family’s winemaking business, or will she ignore Philippe and campaign for a woman’s right to vote and earn a fair wage?
Fate has other plans in store in the spring of 1906, which brings with it a challenge unlike any other that the Lemieux family or their fellow Northern Californians have ever faced. Will the shadow of history overwhelm Sara and Philippe’s future, despite their love for each other? In The California Wife, Kristen Harnisch delivers a rich, romantic tale of wine, love, new beginnings, and a family’s determination to fight for what really matters.

Thorne Blackwood harbors three things: a secret name, a love for baked goods, and a long-standing plan for revenge on the family that destroyed his own. Briony Rose-a woman born to be his nemesis-provides the solution. With a single touch, he controls her. And through that control, he tricks her into triggering a curse that sends her family into one hundred years of enchanted sleep.
But Briony isn't the soft princess he expected her to be. She's just as sharp and cunning as he is, and when she traps him in a bargain to reverse her family's curse, he has no choice but to join a tense alliance. He too stands to gain from her plans, for if they break the sleeping spell, his own family will return from their forced slumber.
To accomplish their goal, they must cooperate on one task: pair Briony with a husband who will make her parents proud. It should be easy. Thorne has connections while Briony has wit and beauty. What neither of them expects is the forbidden desire that burns in their darkest hearts...

The Last MacKlenna
This is a stand-alone book that continues the story of Kit MacKlenna's godfather, Elliott Fraser, who was introduced in THE RUBY BROOCH.
Meredith Montgomery, the first female president of her family's 160-year-old Napa, California winery, has her hands full with training for a marathon, problem employees, a nosy reporter, and launching a new wine when a health scare wiggles its ugly head again. She takes refuge in Scotland for a working holiday where she meets Thoroughbred breeder Elliott Fraser, CEO of MacKlenna Farm in Lexington, Kentucky. Elliott is on crutches, recovering from surgery on his leg. Although she tries to keep her distance and avoid distractions, the sexy Scotsman reels her in and hooks her with entertaining dinner invitations and a trip to his family's castle in the Highlands. After a blissful night together, a crisis on the farm pulls Elliott back to the Bluegrass. When Meredith accepts his invitation to stop for a visit on her return to California, the next domino falls in an explosive chain of events that could threaten not only their hearts but their lives. Reviewer's Comments
The Last MacKlenna is a great romantic read. You can't help but ooh and ah at the wealth that surrounds strong leads Elliott and Meredith. Lowry Logan elegantly and purposefully gives her readers a great taste of Meredith's life as president of her family-owned vineyard and Elliott's in the high powered world of thoroughbred race horses. These two broken souls fall deeply in love and we root hard for them to overcome their many obstacles. And I would be remiss if I didn't add that this novel comes complete with a gripping mystery--one that will make your heart pound. Along for Meredith and Elliott's journey are a fine group of quirky, strong and loyal characters. The Last MacKlenna is first in Romance.
Reviewer's Comments
When I first approached Logan's work, I expected to be confronted by a star-trekky series of superficial, time-travel inventions that are ten a penny and simply don't appeal to me at all. How wrong I was. In reality, I found a writer of ingenuity, with a depth of understanding of the human condition and the ability to share it with the reader that far exceeded my expectations. Yes--I have to admit it; that exceeded my expectations of a modern woman and an American woman at that.
Her two novels to date, The Ruby Brooch and The Last MacKlenna, both of which I've read and hugely enjoyed, explore the lives of two women, Kit MacKlenna and Meredith Montgomery both of whom face worlds of adversity and come through them thanks to a mixture of such determination and, it has to be said, pig-headedness, that the reader is drawn into their lives and wants them to succeed.
Their men, Cullen Montgomery and Elliot Fraser, are developed with a deftness of touch that I once again consider exceptional in a female writer. I feel that Logan is a writer to be read, enjoyed and admired, and having found her voice in her work to date, may well produce a contemporary novel of lasting significance. I shall look forward to that.

The Emerald Brooch
About the Author
Katherine grew up in Virginia and Kentucky and attended college in New Jersey, where she earned a BA in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. After attending the Philadelphia Institute for Paralegal Training, she returned to Central Kentucky and worked as a real estate and tax paralegal. Several years ago, Katherine decided to pursue a lifelong dream of becoming an author. Being a childhood fan of THE TIME MACHINE and A CONNECTICUT YANKEE IN KING ARTHUR'S COURT, Katherine wanted to write time travel stories. Being a fan of PERRY MASON, she also wanted to write mysteries. But most of all, influenced by James Michener and having a passion for history, she wanted to write historical novels. Combining those influences, and drawing upon her early experiences working in the medical field, the plot line for THE RUBY BROOCH was born. Shortly after finishing the book, her husband died suddenly and the story went into a drawer for many years. With the assistance of a great team of editors, the book was released in 2012. Katherine's research has taken her out of the country to England and Scotland and this year to the beaches of Normandy and Paris. Recently, she visited the World War II Museum in New Orleans and the Mighty Eighth Museum in Savannah, and topped the trip off with a flight aboard Texas Raiders, a World War II B-17. Katherine is the mother of two daughters and the grandmother of Charlotte, Lincoln, James Cullen, Henry, and Meredith. She is also a marathoner and ran this year's New York City Marathon on November 1. She lives in Lexington, Kentucky.
